Partha Nandi, MD Gut health expert and host of the Emmy award-winning tv show Ask Dr. Nandi. Hi, I’m Dr. Partha Nandi

I practice internal medicine and gastroenterology. Namaste
(602)

I love giving my patients and their families the solutions they need to live happier, healthier lives. I was frustrated that, despite treatments, which included expensive medications and procedures, many of my patients were STILL suffering. Through my years of research and practice, I created a blueprint for folks to live a life, where health and wellness are abundant. I wrote a book describing th

ese principles and created a masterclass to help you learn them too! I look forward to sharing them with you as I do with thousands of patients in my practice. My team and I have started a Health Hero® movement. We would love for you to join us and we look forward to hearing your Health Hero® story

We have also taken our mission to television with our award winning "Ask Dr. Nandi" show. Our show is unique in the world of television. I’m always interested in nutrients that support both body and brain health, and creatine is a fascinating example. While many people know creatine for its role in muscle performance, it also plays an important part in brain energy metabolism by helping regenerate ATP, the primary fuel source for our cells.

💙 My Personal RX: Your brain is one of the most energy-demanding organs in the body. Research suggests that creatine may help support memory, focus, and mental clarity, especially during periods of stress, fatigue, or sleep deprivation. It’s a reminder that what fuels our bodies can also influence how well we think, learn, and perform each day.

And here’s a fun thought: creatine isn’t just for the gym. Your brain may appreciate a little energy support too. 🧠😊

Your body isn’t starving for pharmaceutical drugs. It’s starving for minerals, real food, sunlight, and peace.

I’m often asked if there’s a simple way to support better health. One habit many people overlook is the temperature of their bedroom. Sleeping in a cooler room may help you fall asleep faster, improve sleep quality, support healthy metabolism, and encourage your body’s natural repair processes while you rest.

💙 My Personal RX: Aim for a bedroom temperature of about 60 to 67°F (16 to 19°C). Pair it with a consistent bedtime, a dark room, and limited screen time before bed for the best results. Small changes to your sleep environment can make a big difference in how you feel the next day and over the long term.

And if anyone asks why your thermostat is set so low, just tell them your bedroom is doubling as a wellness clinic. 😄

What enters your home can affect your health just as much as what enters your body.

🧬 Repeated exposure to certain chemicals, heated plastics, damaged cookware, and highly processed foods may affect the gut, liver, metabolism, and inflammation over time.

This does not mean one product will cause disease. Risk depends on dose, frequency, and duration of exposure.

We cannot eliminate every possible exposure, but we can make better choices by replacing the products we use most often with safer alternatives.
