The Somadome is a private meditation pod that combines calming light therapy, soothing music, and guided meditation to help quiet the mind, relax the body, and support nervous system regulation. Many people leave feeling more centered, refreshed, and mentally clear.

✨ How it works:
✔ Reserve your preferred time online for your preferred session time
✔ Or stop by and enjoy a session on a first-come, first-served basis
✔ Every guest who experiences the Somadome will be entered into a drawing to win a FREE Wellness Day Pass (a $210 value)!
