This Month's Workout consists of:
8 Minute Stations (Goal=3/4 Rounds)
A1= Lower Body Endurance: 10/10 TRX Curls/Row
A2= Upper Body Strength: 10 Goblet Squats
B1= Upper Body Strength: 10 Cable Curls
B2= Lower Body Endurance: 10/10 Squat-> Balnace
C1= 8 Minutes of CARDIO
Not only is this Workout fun to test ourselves on Strength but the increase of Endurabce trying to get as many rounds as possible in 8minutes adds an element of variety to our Cardiovascular System.
For some of our memebers the effects of treatment on their Cardiovascular System is one of the most noticed side effects they feel post treatment.
This exercise routine lets us push our Cardiovascular System in a new way of Strength in weigts and Endurance with bodyweight creating a synergistic relationship between our muscles resistance against an opposing force as well as its own force.
