We often think of freedom as something we must find, when in truth it often comes from what we are willing to release. Old worries, limiting beliefs, resentment, fear, and self-doubt can become heavy burdens that keep us grounded. Each breath offers an opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us and create space for lightness, possibility, and growth.
Breathing Exercise
Sit quietly and allow your body to relax. Gently, connect the inhale and exhale without pausing. On the inhale, silently say to yourself: "I breathe in light and love." With each exhale, silently say: "I release all that concerns me."
As you continue breathing, imagine every exhale carrying away a burden—worry, fear, tension, or an old story you no longer need. Feel yourself becoming lighter with each breath. Continue for several moments until you experience a sense of spaciousness, ease, and inner freedom.
When you are ready, imagine yourself soaring effortlessly, supported by the strength of your own spirit, carrying only what helps you rise.
