In this OK State of Mind conversation, Andrea Carroll of Youth Services of Tulsa reminds caregivers that it’s okay not to have all the answers when young people bring tough emotions or questions. Sometimes the most powerful thing is creating a safe space and saying, “I don’t know, but let’s figure it out together.”

Joined by Saralyn Miller and Nakesha Martin of FCS, the discussion highlights how open communication builds trust between youth and caregivers. Watch the full episode on YouTube or wherever you listen to podcasts.
