Focused on bodyweight strength and movement, this class is designed for everyone—from youth to active seniors. Whether you’re interested in mastering calisthenics, gymnastic rings, or improving your mobility, our coaches will scale every movement to your specific ability level.

Class Details:
💪When: Tuesdays & Thursdays (Starting May 26th)
⌚️Time: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍Location: The Renaissance MOG (754 N. College Rd., STE D)
💲Cost: Included with your membership! (Non-members: $10 drop-in fee)

Julie can be found sharing her passion for wellness in our Twin Falls CPR Renaissance clinic or teaching fitness classes in the Twin Falls community. Her joy of helping others thrive in strength, agility, overall fitness is evident daily!

Here are some fun facts about Julie:
🪦Julie paid most of her way through college by earning money working in a historic graveyard in deadwood South Dakota.
🏊‍♀️Julie was on the Univerist of South Dakota swimming and diving team during her years at college.
💪Julie teaches fitness classes for the College of Southern Idaho and enjoys helping others lead healthy lifestyle.
