Staff Spotlight ✨ Meet Maira Torres, LMSW!

Maira is a valued part of the A Chance 4 Change team, helping clients navigate life’s challenges through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Her compassionate, down-to-earth approach helps clients feel supported, understood, and empowered every step of the way. 💙

When she’s not in session, you’ll probably find her spending time outdoors with her family and dog… usually with a Mountain Dew nearby because even therapists have their go-to coping strategies. 😉

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we just wanted to say thank you. 🤍

Thank you for being here, for engaging in these conversations, for supporting one another, and for helping make mental health something we can talk about more openly and honestly.

Whether this month encouraged you to start therapy, set a boundary, rest more, ask for help, or simply feel a little less alone — that matters.

Mental health awareness doesn’t end when May does. Caring for yourself, checking in with others, and giving yourself grace is something you deserve year-round.

So before the month ends, we’d love to hear from you:
