Lots of extra hours this week. And somehow, this team just kept showing up. 🧡💙

For our clients.
For our first responders.
For our community.
And for each other.

There has been a whole lot of “whatever needs to be done, we’ll figure it out” around here lately — including evenings, weekends, extra appointments, extra phone calls, and simply being there when people need us.

So today we practiced a little of what we preach: SELF-CARE. 😂💅

Because apparently after a long week, nothing says mental health professionals making healthy choices quite like pedicures. 😂

And when your bonus kid and his buddy decide they’re joining the self-care crew too… even better. 🤣

To the members of our team who were able to put in extra time this weekend — thank you. I see you, and I appreciate you more than you know.

And to the members of our team who couldn’t be there this weekend — you are every bit as much a part of this team, and we appreciate you too. 🧡💙

I’m incredibly grateful for the people I get to do this work alongside.

Twin Falls Strong. 💙🧡
We take care of our community.
We take care of each other.
And sometimes… we get pedicures. 😂💅

Not every call ends when the scene is cleared.

Sometimes the hardest part begins when the lights are off, the reports are finished, and you're expected to go back to life as if nothing happened.

To every law enforcement officer, firefighter, paramedic, dispatcher, search and rescue volunteer, and every responder who answered the call this weekend...

Thank you.

Your community may never fully understand what you witnessed or what you carried home with you, but we recognize that those moments don't simply disappear.

When you're ready—whether that's tomorrow, next month, or a year from now—E-Well Lifeline is here.

No judgment.
No paperwork through your employer.
No expectations.
Just confidential support created specifically for those who wear the uniform.

You have spent your career taking care of everyone else.

Allow someone to help take care of you.

❤️ Our hearts are with every responder, every family, and every agency that answered the call.

Twin Falls Police Department. Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office. Fire. EMS. Dispatch. The nurses and doctors who worked on our neighbors. On the worst day our town has ever seen, they were exactly who we needed them to be.

And when the sirens went quiet, the helping didn’t stop. To Lori Stewart and the victim witness coordinators who wrapped around these families. To every counselor who donated their time, no questions asked. To our mayor, our city council, and our community leaders who stood with their people — thank you.

This is who we are. No act of violence gets to take that from us.

Check on your responders. Check on the helpers. The strong ones need it most.

We will rise up from this. Together. 🧡

Twin Falls Strong.

And this one’s for the grown-ups — including the ones who “seem fine.” Check the list, then check on your people. Free crisis support at Rock Creek Elementary (850 Federation Rd) TODAY until 8 p.m. — no cost, no appointment, no “bad enough.” Save this for the weeks ahead, because reactions that show up later are still normal. 🧡

Parents, this one’s for you. Kids process big scary things in bits and pieces — here’s what to watch for in the days ahead, and what actually helps. Free crisis support for kids AND adults is at Rock Creek Elementary (850 Federation Rd) TODAY until 8 p.m. — counselors there know how to talk with children. Just walk in. Save this and share it with a parent who needs it. 🧡
And a great option for ongoing support: Family Health Services offers school-based counseling — the therapist’s office is right at the school, so students can be seen without missing class or needing a ride.
