The famous question we get often “what is deep cleaning?” “Why is it different than regular cleaning?”

Deep cleaning is a reset, the places we don’t pay attention to, moving things not typically moved during a regular cleaning. A customers, “I’ll get to it later” type tasks.

Why don’t we do them during our recurring cleaning?

We do, however recurring cleanings are maintenance cleanings, we have multiple houses a day for recurring cleanings and have time slots for everyone. Our regular cleanings are deep cleaning of bathrooms only and a good scrub and shine of the kitchen (not as detailed as a deep cleaning). As well as surface dusting, vacuuming & mopping. It would cost more to have a longer time slot available to you each time we come to do more of deep cleaning tasks. However, when we have time left over we look for extra, short timed work to do. I have also implemented a yearly holiday gift to our current clients a free ticket to use on a deep cleaning task they want done but just don’t have the time to do.

We always recommend our clients get a deep clean done once a year, it makes it easier on us to keep up with the home and keep customers happy for longer. Our year + clients get a steep discount on deep cleans as their homes are maintained by us and should not be a long process.

We appreciate everyone past and present and we always want full respectable communication even if it is uncomfortable.

This picture is for reference and is from a first time deep clean. Not a recurring cleaning, we would have cleaned that every time.

We have been battling sickness this past week, but are hopeful that is behind us! I am gone this week but will still be available to answer the phone for the most part. Becky has officially ended training and will be taking on her clients solo 🥳

There is some November news taking place and I will post that separately. For now, have a safe, healthy and happy weekend!

If you are or plan to be apart of the Divine family, please know that all invoicing will now be going through Square so I can keep track of them in one place. If you do not care to have an actual invoice I will still take PayPal and Venmo. I just won’t be sending out my paper version anymore.

Through square I am able to take and save with your permission, card, afterpay if needed and mark items paid via cash or check as paid that saves to the invoice on both ends.
