Community doesn't always look the way people expect.

Sometimes it's a support group meeting. Sometimes it's a late-night text from someone who gets it. Sometimes it's finding a resource at exactly the right moment. Sometimes it's simply hearing, "Me too."

These moments may seem small, but they can make a world of difference when you're navigating infertility, loss, or family building challenges.

Every day, RESOLVE works to create those moments of connection through support, education, advocacy, and community.

If RESOLVE has ever helped you feel less alone, or if you believe no one should have to face this journey alone, please consider making a donation today.

Together, we can help more people find the support, information, and community they need when they need it most.

RESOLVE CEO, Danielle Melfi, was able to meet with some support groups in person recently, and it was incredible to connect with the women:

“This was a powerhouse group of women who launched support groups through RESOLVE to provide others the community they didn't have when they started navigating their own family building journeys. I was just in awe of what experts they were and how committed they are to their groups, sharing the latest research, podcasts, or books; compiling resources on how to deduct fertility treatment from your taxes or how to access disability if you need it.

The most beautiful part, I just got to listen. They were SO PUMPED to connect with each other and now are going to keep hanging out without me!”

Join the CADE Foundation, RESOLVE: The National Infertility and Family Building Association, and Worth the Wait Charity during Men’s Health Month for an important Instagram Live conversation: How Men Can Show Up During IVF.

Infertility and IVF can place emotional, physical, and financial stress on relationships, yet conversations about the role of men and supportive partnership are often overlooked. This special webinar will explore how men can actively support their partners during fertility treatment while also caring for their own emotional and physical health.

Moderated by Rob Clyde, the discussion will feature fertility specialist Dr. Lowell Ku, men’s reproductive health psychologist Dr. Bill Petok, and patient speakers Dr. Jason Hammond, Aaron Albanez, and Pete Proimos, who will share professional insight and honest personal experiences navigating infertility, communication, emotional support, and partnership during IVF.

Whether you are personally experiencing infertility, supporting a loved one, or simply interested in learning more about reproductive health, this conversation will provide education, encouragement, and practical insight for men and couples alike.

More states are stepping up to protect fertility preservation coverage. Pennsylvania is next.

Senate Bill 1315 would mandate insurance coverage for fertility preservation services for anyone whose medically necessary treatment like chemotherapy could cause infertility. That means patients in Pennsylvania would no longer have to choose between fighting for their life and fighting for their future family.

Here is what to do right now: Email your Senator and tell them why SB1315 matters to you personally. Then share this with every Pennsylvanian you know.

Pennsylvania, it is your turn, let's do this: resolve.quorum.us/campaign/163869

Fertility treatment isn’t always available on every corner. For thousands of people in our community, a routine tracking appointment means waking up at 4:00 AM, driving across state lines, and racing back in time for work.

Fertility deserts are a massive barrier to family building that rarely gets talked about in mainstream media.

If you are a medical provider, an advocate, or a supporter, please remember: the logistical trauma of getting to the clinic is often just as heavy as the medical treatment itself.

Drop your average travel time or mileage in the comments below to help us raise awareness for fertility deserts today. And learn more about access to care at: https://resolve.org/advocacy/

A cancer diagnosis comes with enough uncertainty.

Worrying about whether you'll be able to afford fertility preservation should not be part of it.

Arizona's SB 1347 would help close that gap by requiring insurance coverage for fertility preservation services when medically necessary treatment may impact a person's future fertility.

The bill is moving forward, but lawmakers need to hear from real people.

Here's how you can help:

Send a message to your Representative and let them know why protecting future family building options matters.

Then share this alert with friends and family across Arizona.

Here is the truth. Building a family is hard for a lot of people. And for LGBTQ+ families it can come with a whole extra layer of complexity that not everyone sees or acknowledges. Families look different and paths to get there also look different. And the love that drives someone to fight for a family, no matter how hard that fight gets, looks exactly the same.

Whether you are just starting to explore your options or deep in the trenches of treatment, you belong in this community. This month and every month.

“Let’s talk about how society expects us to go through trying to conceive, infertility, and pregnancy loss in silence. Heartbreak in the morning… and still showing up to work like nothing’s happened. Can we please break this cycle?”

Thank you for sharing so vulnerably, Katy.

At RESOLVE, we are here to help break the stigmas and bring support no matter where you are on your journey. Join us today
