FREE RESOURCE!!

Show Me Healthy Relationships is a free online relationship class for singles through the University of Missouri Extension.

These virtual six-week series are designed for adults in Missouri who are single and want to build healthy relationship skills and make informed decisions about future relationships. Participants will learn practical, research-based strategies to:

*Understand their personal needs and relationship goals.
*Improve communication skills.
*Recognize healthy relationship qualities and identify potential red flags.
*Strengthen conflict management skills.
*Make thoughtful and informed choices when selecting romantic partners.

Reminder: Pacific High School is hosting a Back to School Bash to help students feel confident and ready for the 2026-27 school year! 👏

Families are invited to stop by the PHS Cafeteria this Saturday, August 1, from 9:00 to 10:30am.

Each student will receive:
✅ A new backpack
✅ Hygiene supplies
✅ Basic school supplies
✅ A brand-new pair of shoes
✅ Additional resources while supplies last

Support will also be available for Free and Reduced Meal Applications. Families should bring their SNAP case number, if applicable, the Social Security number of the primary adult household member, and household income information.

Need help finding support? Meet one-on-one with Case Managers from Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation for FREE help. No appointment needed. Case Managers can assist individuals in finding resources related to housing, food, childcare, healthcare, employment, and transportation. They can also provide guidance for accessing support services such as mental health care, counseling, domestic violence resources, and substance use treatment. In addition, assistance is available for applying for benefits, including SNAP, Medicaid, unemployment, and disability, as well as replacing important documents such as IDs and birth certificates.

Case Manager visits will take place on the following dates and locations throughout 2026, on the 4th Tuesdays of the month, from 9 am to noon:

July 28 – New Haven branch
August 25 – Sullivan branch
September 22 – Pacific branch
October 27 – Washington Public Library
November 24 – Sullivan branch
December 22 – New Haven branch
