As a Clinical Systems Support Representative, you’ll be the vital link between our clinical staff, administration, and system vendors—ensuring our EMR and clinical systems run smoothly.

💼 What You'll Do:
• Provide technical and application support for clinical information systems.
• Troubleshoot user workflow issues and manage system access/permissions.
• Customize settings and templates to improve daily operations.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to optimize system functionality.

📋 What We’re Looking For:
• High School Diploma required (Degree in IT/Computer Science or Medical Assisting preferred).
• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience is highly preferred!
• Strong communication skills and basic knowledge of medical/technical terminology.
• Ability to travel between locations (reliable transportation required).

We are proud to congratulate Dr. Matthew Wilcox, on becoming a physician owner of Pioneer Physicians Network!

Dr. Wilcox has cared for patients at Northampton Primary Care since September 2024, providing comprehensive family medicine for patients at every stage of life. He approaches primary care as a patient’s “home base”, a place to turn when facing a new diagnosis, recovering from a hospitalization, or navigating an uncertain path forward.

His dedication to compassionate care also extends to his role as Medical Director of Gardens of Western Reserve Hospice and Home Care.

“Sometimes the prescription is prayer, a hand to hold, or a well-timed joke. I have learned the simplest things could make all the difference,” said Dr. Wilcox.
