This is why follow-up appointments are so important! 👏🏼

This client came in for her follow-up after treating her DAO muscles (the muscles responsible for pulling the corners of the mouth downward). However, her right side didn't kick in.

You can really see the difference between the two sides: the side that responded to treatment has a more lifted and smoothed look while the side that didn’t fully respond still pulls the corner of her mouth downward, and you can also notice more dimpling and tension in the chin area on that side.

Everyone’s muscles respond differently, which is why we assess your results and make adjustments when needed... plus usually just a quick fix! ✨
