Hello to little Miss “I’m Fine,” and to anyone else who struggles to identify their emotions. We get it. Your environment may not have always given you the language to describe how you’re feeling, or maybe you haven’t had the space to slow down and really check in with yourself.

Feelings aren’t always facts, but they are important signals. Learning to name them helps you better understand what you need and how to care for yourself.

Once you can identify what you’re feeling, you can begin to respond with intention instead of just reacting.
