Five years ago this September, I opened the door to Flourishing Roots Wellness — officially registered, open to the public, and full of hope.

The spaces have changed. I’ve grown. The work has deepened.

But this same wreath and welcome sign have been on my door through every season — quietly reminding me what this work has always been about: Creating a place where sensitive humans, beloved animals, and tender nervous systems can feel safe, supported, and welcome.

Sometimes a cancellation becomes the doorway.
My afternoon opened unexpectedly today, so I used the quiet at Radiate Light Collective to sit with selenite and the question at the center of the class I’m creating:
How do we clear what isn’t ours without leaving our bodies?

Selenite as Ally is for sensitive people, empaths, and anyone whose energy feels full, tangled, or tender — not because you need another practice to perform perfectly, but because your system may be asking for a steadier way to come back to yourself.

Sometimes the message from your card pull isn’t asking you to sit with it longer — it’s asking you to move.

This morning, my pull reminded me that stagnant energy doesn’t always need a big ritual or a perfect plan.

Sometimes it needs one grounded physical action:
finish the task, clear the surface, organize the papers, make the folder, take the next step.
