We are excited to welcome Family Nurse Practitioner Gwyn (she/her) to Lavender Spectrum Health in September 2026! She will be accepting new patients in September 2026.
Gwyneth is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of healthcare experience and over a decade of advanced practice nursing experience in primary care and pain management. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Family Nursing from the University of Portland and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Gwyneth is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical interests include chronic pain management, preventive care, chronic disease management, hormone therapy, gender-affirming care, reproductive health, and mental health treatment. She is deeply committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and has extensive experience serving historically underserved communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, non-English-speaking populations, and individuals living with chronic mental illness.
Prior to joining pain management practice, Gwyneth spent nearly eight years in family medicine, where she provided comprehensive primary care for a predominantly Medicare and Medicaid population. Her work included management of acute and chronic medical conditions, gender-affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive healthcare, HIV prevention, mental health care, and coordination of specialty services for medically complex patients
Earlier in her career, Gwyneth worked as a registered nurse in long-term care, HIV/AIDS residential care, and behavioral health settings, developing a strong foundation in chronic illness management, end-of-life care, and psychiatric support services.
Known for her warmth, clinical expertise, and collaborative approach, Gwyneth strives to build meaningful relationships with patients and empower them through education, shared decision-making, and personalized care plans that support long-term health and wellness.
