We are officially fueled by Oracle! This month, we switched to Oracle to simplify manual processes and bring key human resources functions together in one secure system. Team members have spent the past year preparing for this transition, including training on the platform’s features to help facilitate the implementation. 🏎️

Internally, we’ve been calling the change SHIFT: Strategic HR Innovation for Tomorrow, and this change represents our commitment to improving processes and better supporting team members and future applicants. A special thank you to our facility leaders and team members for their hard work, time spent training, and support in bringing this change to fruition. 🏁
