Hey there Beautiful People! I have been going through quite an upgrade with my intuitive abilities recently. That has been an unexpected bonus which came along with putting in a ton of HARD work the past six months, processing and releasing personal and generational trauma. As I've focused on clearing out suppressed emotions and negative energy from my mind, body and soul, my chakras have opened fully and amplified my psychic abilities. One of my strongest gifts is being able to connect with Higher Self energy. In addition to speaking to MY OWN Higher Self for guidance, I am able to see, feel and hear other people's Higher Selves also. Basically, I see THE ABSOLUTE BEST in everyone, and I love helping people see the BEST in THEMSELVES too!

I am hosting a Spiritual Retreat for my Reiki students in the OBX next weekend. I am here early to spend time preparing and setting up. Tonight I was working on a mindfulness meditation for the retreat during sunset. This view made it really easy to focus on beautiful things that I feel grateful to be able to experience in this human body. 💜
