Two years sober calls for cupcakes! 🧁💛 Yesterday, we celebrated our case manager Jen’s two-year sober birthday at VRC. Jen gives back what was so freely given to her, offering kindness, understanding, and support to others in recovery. We’re grateful for the heart she brings to VRC and so happy to celebrate her. Happy sober birthday, Jen! 🎉

Every office, same story: friendly faces, phones ringing, and people busy helping people. Nobody had time for his dramatic entrance.

So he grabbed a Crumbl cookie and saw himself out. Tough crowd. 📞😂

A little AI Halloween fun with the VRC staff!

This week is Red Ribbon Week, a time focused on preventing youth substance use and encouraging kids to say no to drugs. Many schools are celebrating with dress-up days and fun activities. ❤️

With these conversations already happening at school, it’s a good opportunity to continue them at home. Ask what your kids are learning, listen to their questions, and talk openly about substance use in ways that are appropriate for their age.

You don’t need a perfect speech. Let them know they can ask questions, share their worries, and come to you when they need help, without fear of judgment.
