Several 1st Choice Healthcare employees recently attended Uniform Data System (UDS) training, gaining valuable knowledge about how health centers collect and report data on patient care, services, and health outcomes.
UDS data provides clear, measurable evidence of the incredible impact Community Health Centers have on the patients and communities they serve.

It was a great day of learning, meaningful discussions, and sharing ideas to help us continue improving the quality of care we provide! ❤️
