Happy Pride Month from Macon Pride! 🌈✨

Macon Pride may not officially kick off until September 24th, but Pride season starts now. This summer, we’ll be hosting creative meetups, community service projects, fundraisers, and community events leading up to Macon Pride 2026.

Pride is about connection, visibility, celebration, and showing up for one another. We also encourage everyone to support the many amazing Pride festivals happening across Georgia throughout June.

Let’s make this a summer full of joy, community, and pride. ❤️

What do you think of when you hear “assisted stretching”?

When I first came across this modality I completely turned my nose up at it. Someone was going to stretch me… the yoga teacher…yea okay 🙄.

Yea… okayyyyy!

The first time I made my way to the table I was forever changed, and knew this was something I wanted to bring to as many people as my body would allow. I started in a structured corporate setting and have since taken more course work to put my little spin on a blend of PNF movement and Thai table massage.

I am constantly learning and growing with my practice and would love to introduce you to this bodywork if you haven’t experienced it.

Book a consultation and let’s chat and see where you are at. Whether you are extremely active or sit a desk for most your days, this can benefit so many. My openings fill fast, so if you have been waiting for your sign, this is it. I’ll meet you on the table.

Sometimes you have to switch things up quick! I didn’t have access to my recovery room location Tuesday so I brought my work home with me.

Thank you to my folks for trusting me enough to come into my space and for letting me capture part of our time together. I even convinced my son to jump on the table for a bit lol. And special shout out to him for being patient while folks were in and out!

I asked yesterday should I offer one day of at home sessions and got a positive response… this is really where this all started. Should we really run it back?? Let me know what y’all think?

I want to help you reframe how you look at bodywork.

I have so many people who come up to me (after class which is wild) and go “Kiesha, I have this pain in my _____, what should I do?”

My response? Go see a doctor. I am NOT a medical professional and cannot “fix” you.

What CAN I do for you?

Offer you a place to rest and recover while the body is whispering. I can guide you to better movement while you may just be tight before it turns into an issue. I can lead you through a sequence to open up areas that may be closed, physically and energetically.

Come and see me BEFORE your small issues become big problems.

Or I’ll perhaps I’ll see you after you’re done with physical therapy 🫢. Don’t wait that long.

Body work can be preventative care along with so much more.

Join me and the women of **Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church** for their **2nd Annual Women’s Wellness Saturday** - an afternoon dedicated to movement, learning, and community.

I’ll be leading **Chair Yoga and Mat Yoga sessions**, plus sharing herbal wellness information session. And yes… lunch is included.

✨ You do **not** have to be a member of Mt. Olive to attend, so feel free to come out and **bring a friend or two**!

I believe in this work.

I believe mobility, recovery, and hands-on care are necessities, not luxuries. I have seen what happens when someone receives consistent support. Pain decreases. Confidence returns. The way they move through their life shifts.

This work matters.
