Warren and Forest Recovery Centers - Phoenix Project

Summertime is finally here! Our recovery support team is gearing up for the summer and planning to attend numerous community events between Warren and Forest Counties! Our goal for the summer is to meet and talk with as many individuals in the community as we can to provide support and education and of course, provide harm reduction supplies. These supplies include: Narcan, Kloxxado, Fentanyl test strips, Xylazine test strips, and sharps containers.

So make sure to find us. Come chat, share your story, gain some new knowledge, and get your harm reduction supplies! We hope to see you at one of the following events:

Founded in 1889, Family Services of Warren County strives to be an essential part of helping the community heal and grow to its fullest potential.

Our staff will work collaboratively with individuals, as well as family members, other behavioral health providers, primary care physicians, probation and other support elements, to promote continuity of care and increase overall well being.
