Washington Square Healthcare Center An 83-bed skilled nursing & VA provider facility. We offer short-term care, physical therapy & more.

Our facility employs full and part time staff that take pride in being a friendly, warm and compassionate harbor from the urban surroundings. Our staff, including our own in-house therapists, work with residents to achieve their highest functional potential.
