Congratulations, Larry and Marty Werneke! 🔔

Yesterday, we were honored to celebrate a special milestone as Larry and Marty rang the bell together.

Their story is one of resilience, strength, and unwavering support. In December 2025, Marty was diagnosed with a complicated breast cancer. Around that time, Larry was also battling squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma with metastatic disease to the lung and prostate.

Through every appointment, treatment, and challenge, they faced this journey side by side, leaning on one another every step of the way.

Our Cancer Center team has been honored to care for Larry and Marty throughout their journey and celebrate this meaningful milestone with them.

Congratulations, Larry and Marty. We wish you both continued health, healing, and happiness. 💙

ECHO Camp 2026 is underway! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome the first session of ECHO Camp students for a week of hands-on exploration in healthcare careers.

ECHO Camp is a week-long program that gives high school students real-world exposure to hospital life through job shadowing, interactive activities, and learning experiences across departments like the Emergency Department, OB, Lab, and Diagnostic Imaging.

We’re proud to invest in the education and growth of future healthcare professionals by providing early, meaningful opportunities to learn directly from our teams in action.
