Core strength is an important foundation for balance, coordination, posture, and everyday play. The good news? Building strong core muscles can be fun!
Here are a few therapist-approved activities that help strengthen your little one’s core:
🛝 Going down slides—sitting up or on their belly
🎢 Swinging at the playground
📦 Picking up or pushing heavy objects (with supervision)
🧸 Playing on their tummy on the floor
⚽ Sitting and bouncing on a therapy ball
