Hi everyone! (long post alert) Just wanted to hop on here and give everyone a few reminders 🙂

#1- Now that summer is here people are getting busier. If you can not come to your appointment PLEASE let me know as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, no-shows are becoming more frequent again. If this continues, I will be requiring a VALID debit or credit card to be kept in all clients profiles. All no-shows will be charged 50% of the service price total- listed below in my updated policies. As an independent massage therapist, my income is based on whether or not my clients show up and some weeks there a multiple no-shows, which isn’t fun.. No-shows also make it very hard to fill that spot on such a short notice.

#2- Text reminders- I do pay extra for my system to send out text and email reminders. If you are not receiving messages when your appointment is booked, 48 hours, and 24 hours before your appointment, please let me know!! This is extremely convenient for a lot of people, but if the system fails (and technology isn’t perfect), it’s ultimately up to you to remember when your appointment is also. You can always send me a text to ask when your appointment is!

#3- Please park up in front of the building, and do not park behind the building to the north. Randy’s Plumbing shops are located behind the office building, and it is important they can get their trucks in and out of the shops.🙂 This usually isn’t a problem, but a reminder never hurts!

#4- I am a very busy gal this year, and especially this summer! As many of you know I am getting married this October, and will have all sorts of appointments and events leading up to then. Please work with me if my schedule becomes limited at points this year. I will be trying to do a couple friday/saturday morning this summer, just to fit some more clients in.

#5- Huge thank you to all my clients who continue to support my small business, and for trusting me to be your massage therapist. You are all more than just “clients” to me, and your continued support means the world to this girl. 🙂‍↔️🤩

Wow, I can’t believe May is already almost over!!😅

•June will mark 4 years of Wildflower Massage, and that is absolutely mind blowing to me! It feels like just yesterday I started this business. The support I have received from my clients since my first week in business has been so, so amazing, and so humbling. I appreciate all of my clients so much, and I am forever thankful you choose and trust me to be your bodyworker. 🫶🏼
