If you love helping people, solving problems, and walking members through their prescription benefits with patience and clarity, this role is for you. Our Member Care Advocates answer questions, troubleshoot pharmacy claims, explain plan details, and make sure every person feels supported.
Youโll work closely with members, pharmacies, and physician offices, assist with claims processing, support client transitions, and keep detailed documentation and reporting. Pharmacy tech experience is helpful, but what really matters is strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
