Recently, PEAK's production and quality control lab managers and team leads gathered for the 2026 Lab Leadership Meetings. The event brought leaders together to collaborate, share experiences, discuss challenges, and explore new ways to support employee growth and strengthen team culture.

When leaders connect, great ideas follow. From discussing KPIs and operational improvements to building stronger relationships across locations, the conversations focused on creating even greater success for our teams and organization.

Thank you to all who participated and contributed their knowledge and insights. It isn't easy getting everyone together, so special thanks to Amanda Doman, Lab Director, for putting this together. Together, we're stronger.

But taking care of your mental health doesn't have to be complicated. Taking a break isn't giving up. Asking for help isn't weakness.
