Hollyâs book arrived! It documents the 2025 chapter of her health journey, and seeing her hold it in her hands hit me a little differently.
Iâve had a front-row seat to so much of this journey. The hard days. The changes no one else could see. The setbacks. The learning. The small wins that eventually became big ones.
And now I get to watch her take everything sheâs learned and use it to help other people.
Holly recently completed her Weight Loss Specialist certification, adding another layer of education to the work she already does as a Wellness Coach.
What makes me especially proud is that she isnât coaching from a textbook alone. She understands what it feels like to make changes while still living a real life. To work through frustration. To keep going when progress feels slow. To build habits that actually fit. To learn that health is about so much more than food, exercise, or a number on the scale.
That lived experience has shaped the way she coaches, and I think itâs one of the things that makes her so good at what she does. Her coaching takes a whole-person approach, including movement, strength, nutrition habits, sleep, stress, recovery, routines, mindset, and sustainable behavior change.
Iâm incredibly proud of how far she has come, but I may be even more proud of what sheâs choosing to do with it. Sheâs turning her own experience into a way to help other people feel supported, understood, and capable of creating change in their own lives.
Holly currently has 3 wellness coaching spots available for September. If youâve been thinking about making a change and want someone in your corner, reach out.
