We lived like royalty today! 👑savoring every moment in the life of a king and queen. Our day began with an exquisite classical piano performance in our majestic castle. We then pampered our residents and delighted in a picturesque horse and carriage ride. The night drew to a close with an enchanting candlelight concert by a four-piece string quartet. 👑👸🐴🎼

Let’s hear it for our very own Executive Chef Gary Lay! 👏
Chef Gary took his talent to the national stage at the American Culinary Federation’s Culinary Classic, and brought home a silver medal in the Contemporary Hot Food category 🥈

Competing against top chefs from hotels, resorts, clubs, and private restaurants nationwide — and representing the only senior living organization to participate — Chef Gary showed exactly what he’s made of.

Around here, we already knew he was the best, and now the rest of the country does too. 🍽️⭐️

The Spring craft and vendor fair was an outstanding success, with attendees enthusiastically supporting local vendors and shopping. Chef Jordan crafted homemade pickles, sandwiches, and baked goods and partnered with life enrichment to launch our Alzheimer's fundraiser. 🌸🌼👜
