Self-Care could be having an extra long bath, enjoying your coffee outside as the sun is rising, or going to that place that opened up months ago you’ve wanted to check out! Always remember you are loved, important, and worth it ❤️

Eating clean isn’t spending more for labels, it is being aware of what you consume. A great way to know this is to know where it comes from! You can research ingredients you don’t recognize, use scanning apps that do it for you, or find local farms that are transparent about their growing practices. If you do this already, share your favorite app, stores, or farms to help each other out 👨‍🌾
