We’re hiring a full-time Flight Paramedic to join the Flight For Life – ThedaStar team!

This position will initially be based in Neenah before transitioning to our Waupaca location. Working alongside a Flight Nurse, pilots, and mechanics, the Flight Paramedic provides advanced critical care to patients during pre-hospital and interfacility transports—with safety at the center of every mission.

Qualified candidates must have:

• A current Wisconsin Paramedic License with Critical Care Endorsement
• At least three years of experience in a high-volume, high-acuity paramedic system
• At least one year of critical care paramedic experience
• Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications

Previous HEMS experience and FP-C certification are preferred.

What a wonderful way to celebrate 40 years of ThedaStar!

On Saturday, current and former crew members, colleagues, family, and friends came together at Fox Cities Stadium to reconnect, share memories, and recognize four decades of service to patients and communities throughout the region.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to all those who have helped shape ThedaStar’s legacy since its first patient flight in 1986. It was a special evening celebrating the people, partnerships, and history behind more than 15,000 patient flights.

Our crews appreciated the opportunity to visit events throughout the communities we serve, meet so many families, and spend time with our fellow first responders.

Our apologies to those whose events we weren’t able to attend. Believe us when we say we wish we could have been there!

One last call for former ThedaStar crew members!

We’re extending the RSVP deadline for ThedaStar’s 40th anniversary celebration through this weekend. If you haven’t responded yet, there’s still time to join us on Saturday, August 22, at Fox Cities Stadium.

We would love to see as many former crew members as possible as we celebrate 40 years of ThedaStar and the people who helped build its legacy.
