Congratulations to our CEO, Dr. Jessica Scharfenberg on 10 years of leading Healthfirst!

Here is a brief summary of organizational changes Dr. Scharfenberg has led over the past decade:
-Organizational rebrand
-New Name
-Sold old, purchased and built out new Headquarters building
-Moved and built out 5 other locations
-Added 2 new reproductive health clinics
-Added 1 new WIC county
-Added 3 new service lines
-Mental Health services
-Substance Use Counseling
-SANE in 2 locations
-Grew the reproductive health practice from 2 providers to 8 providers
-Grew assets by 550%
-Quadrupled reserve cash accounts
-Increased numbers of clients served in WIC, RH and MH
-Increased client satisfaction
-Created a culture that has led to thriving employee engagement

The future of Healthfirst looks bright as well!

Thank you Dr. Scharfenberg for all that you have contributed to Healthfirst!
