🖤 The Truth About Limited Beliefs 🖤
They didn’t start with you…
They were given to you.
✨ From parents who spoke from their own wounds…
✨ From teachers who didn’t see your full potential…
✨ From family members who projected their fears…
✨ From other kids who didn’t understand your light…
Little by little…
You were told who you are…
🐺 What you’re “good at”…
🐺 What you’ll “never be”…
And without even realizing it…
You started to believe it.
🫂 “I’m not smart enough…”
🫂 “I’m too much…”
🫂 “I’ll never succeed…”
🫂 “I have to stay small to be accepted…”
But here’s the truth…
✨ Those beliefs were never yours.
✨ They were handed to you by people who were still carrying their own limitations.
And over time…
Those borrowed beliefs created a false identity.
A version of you shaped by fear…
Not truth....
🐺 But you are not who they said you were.
You are who you choose to become.

🖤 Notice the voice
When you think something negative about yourself… pause.
Ask: “Who does this sound like?”
You’ll often find… it’s not your voice.
🖤 Question it...
Is it actually true?
Or is it something you were taught to believe?
🖤 Replace it with truth...
“I’m not good enough” → “I am growing, learning, and capable.”
🖤 Feel it, don’t fight it
These beliefs are rooted in old wounds…
Let yourself feel what comes up without judgment.
🐺 Reconnect with your real self...
The version of you before the world told you who to be…
That version is still there.
🐺 You were never too much....
🐺 You were never not enough...
🐺 You were never broken....
🐺 You were just taught to forget who you are.
🙌 And now… you get to remember.

They told you who to be,
They told you what to fear,
Until their voices slowly became
The only truth you’d hear.
“You’re not enough,” they whispered,
“You’ll never succeed.”
“Don’t be so different…”
“Stay small… that’s what you need.”
And you believed them—
Not because they were true,
But because you were young…
And didn’t know what else to do.
Those voices echoed loudly,
Like chains around your soul,
Building a false identity…
Making you feel less than whole.
But that was never you...
That was fear…
Passed down…
Spoken through wounded hearts.
That never healed themselves🫂
