Athletic Trainer since 1987; BSN/RN since 2014; I have worked in the medical field providing services to collegiate and high school athletes; summer camps ages 5 and up; Acute care - PCU; Stepdown; Medical Surgical; Cardiac; Skilled Rehab; School RN - 5 and up; Instructor - Life Guard Training, CPR, BLS, SFA; Substitute teacher in the public school system. Physical fitness/activity, functional movement, nutrition, recreation, daily exercise - all of these make up a healthy lifestyle which improve memory, daily function, physical and emotional health. My clients benefit by improving movement and activity. I incorporate stretching techniques, changes in ergonomic movement, strengthening exercises and lifestyle changes to help balance and build self-care skills in order to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle.
