If you are going to be outside this spring and summer, be sure to follow these tips from the Tennessee Department of Health to avoid tick bites and tick-borne illnesses!

✔️Know where ticks live to avoid the areas
✔️Treat clothing and gear before going outside
✔️Use insect repellants
✔️When you come indoors, do a tick check
