This is your opportunity to experience the Craniosacral therapy introductory workshop from the world-renowned Upledger Institute, studied by over 250,000 healthcare practitioners across the globe!!

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on manual therapy that is used to evaluate and enhance the function of the craniosacral system - comprising the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. CST supports the body’s natural healing processes, improves central nervous system function, reduces the effects of stress, and helps restore balance throughout the body.

During these two days, through lecture, demonstration, and hands on application, we will explore & learn:
-the history of craniosacral therapy
-anatomy & physiology of the human craniosacral system
-anatomy & physiology of the full body connective tissue (fascia) network and its relationship with the central nervous system
-how to therapeutically listen to the craniosacral rhythm
-full body evaluation, assessment, and treatment
-techniques for releasing core fascial diaphragms & tissue restriction patterns
-spinal & dural tube release techniques
-still point technique
