Meet the NPS Team
Meet Becky!
Becky is a proud mom of two boys, Theo and Cain. Her oldest, Theo, plays college football, so her weekends are often spent traveling to cheer him on. Becky and Cain are always ready for their next adventure, whether they’re exploring a new park or visiting the aquarium at the zoo. When she’s not busy with family, Becky can usually be found curled up with a good book or cheering on a Wisconsin sports team.
Becky has been with NPS for 15 years. She started at the front desk of our south-side Milwaukee location before taking the lead at the front desk in Brookfield. Throughout her time with NPS, Becky has often been the first person our patients meet—and the first friendly voice they hear. When our operations changed, Becky transitioned to working from home. Although she may no longer be the first person patients see, she remains the first person many of them connect with. We’re so grateful for Becky and everything she brings to NPS!
Today, Becky works part time from home, primarily coordinating scheduling for Dennis and Jeremy. She remains a critical member of our team, and we’re lucky to have her!

Busy, busy couple of weeks! In addition to our normal flow of custom foot orthotics, we had an extra pair of custom sandals through the shop, plus some major orders for athletes getting ready for their season. And of course, we always have a steady flow of lifts and creative shoe modifications in the works, too.

A little piece of our history is coming full circle. The DJ cartoon has been part of our story since the late 1970s or early 1980s, and now, decades later, we’re carrying that legacy forward. Here’s to honoring our roots while looking ahead to what’s next.

A returning patient recently came in with a work-related need: rigid toe-cap protection that would allow him to start a new job safely and on time.
We had made custom shoes for him last year, and they had continued to work well despite the complexity of his fit, which includes extremely large feet and a bulky AFO on the left side wth a high level of accommodation needed throughout.
To address the new job requirement, I custom molded rigid toe caps and installed them onto his current shoes.
The fit was successful, and the solution allowed him to begin his new job the following day!!
