It's that time of year, schedules start changing fast. BBQ's, ππvacations, beach daysπ, parties, late nights, and all the fun that comes with the season can easily throw us out of our regular routines.
One of the biggest mistakes people make, is stopping completely and telling themselves "they'll get back into it later" or "I've just got so much going on right now" π«
Problem is....Later often turns into months and getting started again feels harder every time. π«©
The good news? You do NOT need to live in the studio all summer to maintain your progress and feel your best.
Committing to just 3 classes per week is realistic, manageable, and enough to help youπͺ
Maintain your strength and endurance
Keep your energy and metabolism up
Stay mentally balanced
Avoid starting all over in the fall
Still fully enjoy your summer days in between
Consistency beats extremes EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!
Summer should add to your life- not completely interrupt the healthy habits that make you feel strong, confident and energized.
