This month, let's work together to increase awareness and education about migraines and headaches, which impact over 40% of adults worldwide.

Categorized as a neurological disease, migraines are 3x more common in women than men. While migraines are a type of headache, they differ from typical headaches because they cause other physical symptoms such as pulsing head pain, nausea, and extreme sensitivity to light, sounds, or scents while headaches usually only include head pain.

Migraine and headaches can be treated with a combination of mediations and lifestyle modifications. If you suffer from migraines or headaches, be sure to ask your healthcare provider for more information.

Cervical cancer screening data will be available in Population Explorer this June, joining breast and colorectal cancer screenings in the Preventative Services filter. Additionally, Population Explorer now allows connected organizations to further customize their reports using a feature to select and display specific fields before exporting data. This new feature makes viewing tailored reports easier, allowing organizations to focus on what matters most to their patients.
