It has been a while since our last post. We hope that everyone is having a great start to the new school year. We are continuing to field inquiries for services especially in-home. We know the need for individualized hours and support is high. Arrow Behavioral Associates LLC is committed to remaining focused on providing support that works for your family and what makes sense. We don’t believe the quality of ABA should be measured by how many hours we can bill. With that being said, some wait time may occur to provide this model. We thank you for the continued support and your patience. We hope to service as many folks as we can.

Effective immediately we will not be accepting new clients with Husky/ Medicaid. We are trying to iron out enrollment at this time. We hope that we can resolve this situation by enrolling with CTDSS in a different manner. Arrow Behavioral Associates is committed to ensuring that we could provide consultation to a broad range of individuals. We know that there is large population of Medicaid insured clientele in the greater New Haven area and we are trying to stay committed to our local base. We will be updating our progress with our enrollment as often as we can. Feel free to send a direct message if you would like additional information.

What a response lately! We appreciate all of the inquiries we have been getting. As much as we would love to say yes right away to provide services; a small pause in complete acceptance is occurring. To ensure we can give our families the highest quality of care they deserve this action is necessary.

More evaluation of staffing will be occurring in the next few weeks to prepare for new summer intakes/ assessments. We will be providing intermittent updates of our status via social media and through personal communication.

Thank you for your patience. We can’t wait to get started with folks on our waiting list! Those of you who are BTs/ RBTs or BCBAs, another round of hiring is more than likely happening (especially for another BCBA). Feel free to email your resumes to: [email protected]

✨ The Moment It All Clicked ✨

Some turning points don’t happen overnight - they build quietly, session by session, family by family.

We want to thank the community for the increased interest in services, especially for ABA. We hear you and we are making every effort to support as many families as we can. The practice is growing with more staff and with that comes training. Arrow Behavioral Associates is committed to providing high quality care but there may be some wait time until we can onboard new clients.

We are still fielding phone calls and checking messages. Everyone’s situation is truly unique and wait time will vary depending upon the level of care you may need.
