The Developmental Center

The Developmental Center Inform parents and other potential parents about educational opportunities and local job postings. Hours of operation are Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 5:00 pm.

Phillips County Developmental Center's daycare program is licensed by Arkansas Department of Human Services. Our mission is to provide quality services to children at an affordable cost. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided and transportation is also available. Our staff consist of certified professionals and paraprofessionals.

Phillips County Developmental Center experienced an electrical mishap earlier today. The fire department responded promptly and has since cleared the building. We are grateful to report that all children and staff are safe, and no injuries have been reported. Thank you to the emergency responders for their swift action and support.

It was a fun-filled day as we recognized each child's hard work, growth, and achievements throughout the year.
