We're a modern wellness sanctuary offering Yoga, Qigong, Sound, Meditation, Music, Art, Evolutionary Circles, & BodyMind Fitness. The Nest is a yoga/wellness studio that’s spacious, sunlit, clean, and quiet. We have everything you need to make your experience comfortable, including free parking across from our front door. We’re a group of 5 professional, certified yoga teachers that are present in

our classes, week after week. Our consistency and dedication set the bar for success for an alive and growing practice. Our classes styles include both dynamic and slower-paced yoga. This offers you the ability to try different ways to practice. We also offer classes that support healthy living and take the idea of ‘yoga’ way beyond poses. We offer breathing, relaxation, meditation, and lifestyle classes. Soothe your nerves, strengthen your body, release tension, and learn how to bring the benefits of yoga into your daily life. The vibe in the space will help you feel instantly relaxed. We accept you as you are, where you are, and compassionately guide you to better self-understanding.

Awakened Heart YTT 2026 - Month 3

Practicing Bhramari Pranayama, or “Bee Breath,” this weekend in our YTT immersion. Named after the black Indian bee, Bhramari involves creating a deep, soothing humming sound on the exhale. This simple yet profound practice has the power to instantly calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, relieve stress, and bring clarity and presence.

It’s been another beautiful weekend of deep practice, heartfelt connection, and meaningful study. Alongside our exploration of yoga philosophy and asana, we are also diving into Ayurvedic lifestyle teachings … learning about how daily habits, nature’s rhythms, self-care, breath, and awareness all work together to support a more balanced and awakened life.

There is something so rewarding about watching the light bulbs turn on as students begin to truly embody these teachings and build the inner foundation from which they will live & teach. The poses become much more than shapes … they become expressions of awareness, compassion, truth, and presence.

It is inspiring for all of us … a true win-win as we open our hearts together- again and again.

As we move into the final week of our Satya theme at The Nest, we return once more to truth… not just as honesty in our words, but as a deep remembering of who we really are beneath the noise, pressure, and performance of life.

Truth asks us to slow down enough to listen, honor what is real, and live in alignment with what matters most.

Let's pause in remembrance and gratitude for those who gave their lives in service this Memorial Day. We'll be closed on Monday so our teachers and students can spend time resting, reflecting, and being with loved ones.

May this final week of May invite you to stand a little more fully in your own truth… grounded, grateful, and awake to the life you are living.

We are honored to begin offering wellness classes at Phoebe Berks as part of an innovative and deeply meaningful national expansion into whole-person wellbeing.

At The Nest Collaborative, we believe wellness includes not only the body and mind, but also the human spirit…the need for connection, reflection, creativity, peace, purpose, and presence. We are excited to bring experiences such as sound healing, presence practice, Reiki, gentle movement, creative connection, and mindful wellness practices into this community setting through our new BodyMind Wellness Series.

What inspires us most is Phoebe’s willingness to recognize that spiritual wellness matters. Moments of calm matter. Feeling seen, connected, and uplifted matters.

This feels like a beautiful step forward in redefining wellness and aging with dignity, vitality, and heart.

We are grateful to be part of the journey.
