⭐ Employee Recognition: Victoria ⭐
Today, we want to recognize Victoria for demonstrating the kind of compassion and customer service that makes a real difference.
At 2:00 PM on Saturday, as Victoria was preparing to leave at the end of her shift and was literally walking out the door, a veteran walked into our store looking for compression stockings. When he asked what time we closed and learned it was 2:00 PM, he apologized.
Instead of turning him away, Victoria replied:
“How can I help you?”
The veteran explained that he needed compression stockings, and Victoria immediately went to work. She stayed beyond the end of her shift, measured him, helped him find what he needed, and made sure he was taken care of properly for his long drive he planned on Monday. Even after being told she could leave, she chose to stay and help.
While we have seen MANY people headed for the door in the past because their shift was over, Victoria chose to put the customer first. She stayed approximately 15 minutes past her scheduled time to ensure that a veteran received the care, attention, and service he deserved.
At USA Medical Supply, we’re incredibly grateful to have team members like Victoria—people who genuinely care about others and understand that outstanding service isn’t measured by a clock. It’s measured by a willingness to help when someone needs it most. That’s something you can’t teach to a selfish world.
Moments like these remind us that healthcare is about more than products. It’s about people.
Thank you, Victoria, for representing the values we strive for every day. Your kindness, professionalism, and dedication do not go unnoticed.
👏 We see you. We appreciate you. We thank you.
