Sometimes it is hard to know when to reach out.
Here are a few signs it might be time to talk to someone:
- Sleep has been off for a while
- Things that used to feel manageable no longer do
- Motivation has dropped significantly
- Relationships feel strained or distant
- There is a general sense that something is not quite right, but it is hard to name
These are not signs of weakness. They are signals worth paying attention to. A conversation with a provider does not require a crisis. It just requires a first step.
