Enrollment for Girls Club 2026-2027 afterschool program is officially open to the public šŸŽ‰

Girls Club is a small, close-knit afterschool program for girls in grades K-6 in Croton-on-Hudson.

Itā€™s a space where girls feel seen, find their people, and actually look forward to showing up every week.

Every session is built around movement, creativity, and real connection.

Girls build friendships that stick, cheer each other on, and grow together week after week.

Itā€™s girlhood done rightā€¦the kind where they hype each other up, laugh too loud, and leave feeling good. šŸ„°

If sheā€™s been looking for her people, this might be it.

Spots are filling faster than expected and a few days are already close to capacity or at capacity!

And honestly? Iā€™m one of them. I run a girls empowerment summer program and I havenā€™t fully figured out my own kidsā€™ summer yet.

So if youā€™re still in the ā€œIā€™ll deal with it this weekendā€ phaseā€¦ I see you.

Summer scheduling is a lot. There are a million moving pieces and somehow itā€™s already June.

But if Stronger TogetHER has been sitting in the back of your mind, this is your reminder that spots are limited and the weeks are filling up.

Session 1 ā€” July 6ā€“10 ā†’ Girls entering grades 5ā€“7
Sessions 2, 3 & 4 ā€” August ā†’ Girls entering grades Kā€“4

Iā€™ve been having a lot of conversations lately with middle school moms about friendship shifts, group dynamics, and how quickly things can start to feel more complicated at this age, and especially this time of year.

What Iā€™ve noticed over and over again is that most girls arenā€™t lacking confidence because something is ā€œwrongā€ with them, they just havenā€™t had enough real practice in supportive environments where they can build it through actual experiences, friendships, and group interaction. Or they donā€™t have visibility to notice what healthy friendships and supportive spaces can look and feel like.

Thatā€™s a big part of what we focus on in my programsā€¦ā€œgiving girls structured space to connect, communicate, try new things, and figure out where they fit in a way that feels safe and supported.ā€
