A Taste of Memories at The Smokehouse in Burbank! 🥩✨Who says we can’t take a little road trip to Burbank?! Our residents enjoyed a special lunch outing to The Smokehouse, a beloved restaurant that some of them had visited years ago. It was more than just a delicious meal—it was a trip down memory lane filled with stories, laughter, and wonderful memories. The food was delicious, but the star of the show was definitely the Garlic Parmesan Bread, recommended by one of our residents for everyone to try!

There’s nothing quite like revisiting old favorites and creating new memories together. Because it’s never too late for a little adventure! ✨

Today, we came together to celebrate Rosh Hashanah alongside Shabbat—an evening filled with tradition, music, and togetherness. ❤️

Our residents enjoyed sweet apple slices dipped in honey, symbolizing hopes for a sweet and joyful new year. We also filled the evening with beautiful music as Bob and his violin created the perfect soundtrack for our celebration. 🎻✨

🌺🌴 Aloha from our Hawaii Summer Luau! 🌴🌺What a fun and interactive way to celebrate the end of summer! Our residents and guests enjoyed a festive happy hour filled with delicious appetizers, refreshing cocktails and mocktails, followed by a special treat from the Mr. Softee ice cream truck, generously sponsored by Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks-Griffin Mortuary, Crematory & Memorial Park! 🍦

The celebration continued with an exciting performance featuring luau dancers, and a drummer/incredible fire poi dancer! 🔥🌺 Guests also had a blast creating memories at our photo booth with AI option before ending the evening with a delicious Hawaiian-themed buffet dinner. 🍍🌴

It was the perfect way to say goodbye to summer and celebrate the month of August together. Mahalo to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable day! 💛

There’s nothing better than great food, beautiful summer weather, and even better company!

Our latest Lunch Bunch brought residents together with our Executive Director and our Health Services Director, for a wonderful afternoon of conversation, laughter, and connection. 💛

To make the afternoon even more special, our talented Executive Chef Marden prepared a delicious three course meal for everyone to enjoy while soaking up the beautiful summer day.

Lunch Bunch is one of the many ways we love creating meaningful opportunities for our residents and leadership team to connect, share stories, and simply enjoy time together.

Sunshine, Smiles & Giving Back! ☀️
Our Evergreen residents from Memory Care know that enjoying the great outdoors doesn’t mean the creativity has to stop! While out catching some sunshine, they continued working on their no-sew blankets right on the road. Once finished, they ribbon-wrapped their beautiful blankets and made a special stop to drop them off at The Westlake Village Animal Hospital on the way home. 💝 What a wonderful way to turn a little sunshine and creativity into a whole lot of warmth for our paw friends!

We are so proud of our Evergreen residents and their giving hearts! 💕

A few months ago, we had the incredible opportunity to host our very own resident Joe’s podcast, filmed live right here in our community!

We were honored to welcome the lovely Morgan Fairchild as his special guest. She captivated everyone with unforgettable Hollywood stories, heartfelt memories from her childhood, and inspiring words of wisdom. It was a truly memorable conversation!

The best part? Our residents had the chance to meet Morgan in person following the podcast, making the experience even more special.

We’re excited to host Joe’s podcast once again later this month and can’t wait to see who his next special guest will be. Stay tuned! 🎙️✨

🎶🍒What a rockin’ good time we had at our Twist & Shout Senior Prom! Our community stepped back into the fabulous ’50s with classic tunes, dancing, corsages, vintage-inspired attire, delicious nostalgic bites, and refreshing drinks that brought back so many wonderful memories.
A huge thank you to our amazing partners at Assisted Home Health and Hospice, especially Greg and Jessica, for helping make this unforgettable event possible. Your support helped create an afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of dancing! 💃 🕺
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this celebration one to remember. Here’s to making more beautiful memories together! ❤️🎶

🇺🇸What a wonderful way to celebrate the Fourth of July, America’s 250th! 🇺🇸
Our community came together for an unforgettable day filled with patriotic spirit, delicious food, and great company. Residents enjoyed an All-American BBQ featuring hamburgers, hot dogs, coconut shrimp, refreshing red, white, and blue cocktails, delicious desserts, and fun ice cream bars.
The celebration continued with fantastic live entertainment by the incredible Michael Quest, keeping everyone singing along and smiling all afternoon. ❤️🤍💙
To end the evening, we gathered on our rooftop for a beautiful fireworks viewing under the night sky—a perfect ending to a memorable Independence Day celebration. ❤️🤍💙

☀️🌸 Summer is officially here, and what better way to celebrate than with our Summer Garden Party at The Ridge!

Residents and guests enjoyed delicious hors d’oeuvres, refreshing cocktails, fun photo opportunities, and plenty of sunshine. Everyone had the chance to get creative by designing their own flower arrangements or decorating pots and transplanting beautiful plants to take home.

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, creativity, and great company. A huge thank you to our amazing team for coming together to create such a memorable Ridge experience for our residents and guests!
