When a new process left some caregivers feeling overwhelmed, Casey Medina stepped up to help. She created easy-to-follow instructions and spent time guiding her teammates until they felt confident and supported.

🦁🎠 What do elephants, s’mores, and milestone celebrations have in common?

Our Lutheran Years of Service event at the Denver Zoo!

Caregivers celebrating milestone anniversaries, from 5 to 45 years of service, gathered with their families for an evening of fun, connection and well-deserved recognition. Alongside their families, they enjoyed zoo adventures, carousel and train rides, a special elephant presentation, dinner and plenty of sweet memories.

Thank you to our caregivers for the compassion, commitment and care you bring to our patients, communities and each other every day. We’re grateful for the difference you make and proud to celebrate your milestones with you.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by the Caregiver Wellbeing Fair at Lutheran Hospital!

Caregivers had the chance to connect with multiple teams, learn about available benefits and resources, and explore programs that support physical, emotional and financial well-being. From helpful conversations to new opportunities for support, the fair highlighted the many ways we're committed to caring for those who care for others.

Every day, our caregivers show up for patients, families, and each other. We’re grateful for the chance to invest in the people who make that care possible. 💙

What an incredible afternoon in Wheat Ridge! ❤️

Lutheran was honored to serve as the presenting sponsor of the Longer Tables event and share lunch with more than 250 members of our community. Thank you to everyone who joined us, pulled up a chair, and helped create meaningful conversations and connections.

Events like this remind us how special our community is and how much we can accomplish when we come together. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support an event that brought neighbors together around one table.

☀️🎉 Summer may be winding down, but the celebration is just getting started!

Last week, we celebrated the caregivers whose dedication, teamwork and support keep Lutheran Hospital strong every day. From caring for our patients to supporting one another, our caregivers make Lutheran a special place for our community. We enjoyed great food, carnival games, music, treats and plenty of fun as we relaxed, reconnected and celebrated together before summer comes to a close.
