Is Fear Making Your Decisions for You? 🤔

Sometimes fear doesn't look like fear. Sometimes it looks like a perfectly reasonable decision.

I recently worked with a client who was hesitant to expand their business because they feared losing creative control.

On the surface, that seemed logical. But as we explored what they really wanted from their business and their life, something shifted.

They began to see that the very decision they thought was protecting them was actually holding them back from what they wanted most!

💡 Here's something you can try when you're facing a difficult decision:

✨ Ask yourself, "Is this really true?" Are your concerns based on facts, or are they assumptions rooted in fear?

✨ Reconnect with your WHY. What do you truly want to experience, create, or accomplish? Is your decision moving you toward that vision—or away from it?

✨ Consider what's possible. What opportunities might open up if you looked beyond your fears?

Sometimes all it takes is a fresh perspective to see a whole new world of possibilities.

I recently returned from an extraordinary spiritual pilgrimage through southern France, following in the footsteps of Mary Magdalene.

What I experienced was so much more than beautiful sacred sites and fascinating history.

There were powerful moments of healing, vivid dreams, unexpected emotional releases, and a growing awareness of the Divine Feminine within me.

One experience moved me to tears as I reflected on the ways women have been taught to diminish their own worth and power.

🍂 What are you carrying that was never yours to hold?

Sometimes we carry expectations, responsibilities, old stories, and beliefs that don't truly belong to us. We hold on to them for so long that we forget we have a choice.

I'm delighted to be co-hosting the November Nature Gathering, hosted by on Sunday, November 22, where our theme is Releasing What Is Not Ours to Carry.

As autumn draws to a close, nature reminds us that releasing is a natural part of life. Just as the trees let go of their leaves, we too can release what no longer serves us.

I'll be sharing a short reflection on this theme and guiding a burning bowl ceremony—a meaningful ritual to help us symbolically release old patterns, beliefs, and burdens.

This gathering is also an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the support of a heart-centered community.

🌟 What if the life you've been dreaming of is more possible than you think?

For decades, I dreamed of owning a home on a lake. I could picture it. I could feel how wonderful it would be. But for years, I didn't believe it was truly possible for me.

Why? Because I was operating from a mindset of lack rather than possibility.

Once I recognized that limiting belief, things began to shift. I did the inner work, but I also took action. I talked with my financial advisor. I told everyone I knew what I was looking for. I opened myself to possibilities I had previously dismissed.

And today, I'm sitting here, looking out over a beautiful lake and pristine state park land, feeling incredibly grateful. 💚

What has fear been keeping you from? 💫

For years, I didn't even realize how much fear was influencing my choices. Fear of rejection. Fear of asking for more. Fear of taking risks. Even fear of believing I deserved something better.

Then I read Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers, and something shifted.

But awareness alone wasn't enough. I needed support to understand where those fears came from and how to move beyond them.

With the help of a trusted coach, I began taking small, courageous steps toward a life that felt more authentic and fulfilling.

Since then, I've ridden motorcycles across the country, explored different cultures, started three businesses, and found the courage to leave a corporate career that no longer aligned with who I was becoming.

💔 Have you ever experienced a life change that left you feeling like the ground had shifted beneath your feet?

When my father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly, that's exactly how I felt. Everything seemed to be swirling around me, and I couldn't quite find my footing.

I had to give myself permission to pause. To grieve. To feel everything I was feeling without trying to rush through it.

And perhaps most importantly, I allowed myself to receive support. ❤️

With time, I found my footing again. The sadness still visits occasionally, but it no longer carries the same heaviness. I can remember my dad with love and gratitude, and I've taken one powerful lesson from his passing:

✨ Life is too short not to live it fully.
