HIV and STI testing doesn’t have to be complicated or uncomfortable.

We offer free or low-cost confidential HIV, STI, syphilis, and hepatitis C testing in a safe and welcoming environment. We also offer monthly walk-in testing at our Williamsport and State College offices.

Our Advance Care program supports clients age 50 and older with the medical, emotional, and social aspects of aging. Through a holistic approach, we help clients stay healthy, maintain independence, and enjoy a better quality of life.

We offer free pregnancy tests, Opill, Plan B, and fertility kits, and you don’t have to be one of our clients or patients to access them.

We also offer free menstrual hygiene products, including pads, tampons, and menstrual cups.
