Eldercare At Home is happy to recognize Caitlin Hilk.

Caitlin’s favorite part of working for Eldercare is taking care of everyone! Inspired by her grandmother’s nursing career, Caitlin finds immense fulfillment in her role, specifically in bringing smiles to her clients’ faces. What most people don’t know about her is that she is a Cancer Survivor, and that she is originally from Upstate NY. She has a 6 year old boy and cherishes the time she spends
with him ... playing soccer, trampoline, going to the beach and the pool.

Caitlin offers sage advice to new caregivers, encouraging them to remain patient and avoid forcing situations, as she prioritizes doing her best to care for everyone “Do not be afraid of a switch.”

We were thrilled to be invited to the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the brand-new Novant Health Scotts Hill Medical Center in Wilmington, NC! 🏥✨
